- The courses take place in Tallinn and Tartus
- The duration of the training is approximately 2 hours
- The right sparkling wines achieve a great fizz through natural fermentation. At the same time, there are products that contain carbonation. During the training, we will compare these. Among the topics, we will also discuss regional grape varieties and technological peculiarities in the production of sparkling wine
- Participants in the wine training must be at least 18 years old
