Strong, distilled alcoholic drinks differ according to the raw materials from which they are made. At the very beginning, there must be a sugar-containing crushed raw material that can be fermented into an alcohol-containing mash, then alcohol is extracted from it through heat and captured along with the steam. The raw materials can be grape wine, grape pomace, sugar cane, fruits, sprouted or sugary grain, potatoes, agaves, corn, etc. In the training, we will compare tastes and get acquainted with unique production methods. Comparative tasting.
