Additional Information
Both the workshop and academic training are designed for knowledge enhancement or educational entertainment for individuals of all ages.
The story of rum begins with a heat-loving plant that was originally cultivated only for sugar as a source of energy. The unique sweet aroma of sugarcane is preserved during crushing, fermentation, and distillation only if the processing stages are done with quality. Rum, as the angular beverage of the sea dogs, was formed at sea: the strong drink bottled in barrels lasted for several months, even in tropical heat, and served as a disinfectant, a regulator of the intestines, and a stress reliever for the health of the crews of sailing ships. In the training, we will discuss the production locations of rum and the differences in quality.
Take part in an exciting and practical training!
