My voucher hasn't arrived
The voucher may sometimes land in spam or under the Gmail Promotions tab. If you cannot find your voucher in email or SMS, or you deleted it by mistake, visit our self-service page. There you can restore your vouchers at any time. To help Chilli messages reach your inbox in the future, drag our email from Promotions to the Primary tab.
I want to return a voucher and get a refund
For all products and vouchers purchased from Chilli, a 14-day right of return applies (except special events and services excluded by law). To request a return, send a free-form application to [email protected] with the buyer's name, voucher number and (optionally) the reason for return. We will refund the money within 7 working days after confirmation.
Need an invoice?
For services, the service provider issues the invoice after the service is used. If you need a receipt for the transaction, write to us at [email protected].
