Joematkad is a small tourism company whose main activity is organizing canoe trips in Tartu city and its surroundings.
Canoe Trip in Tartu is a great opportunity to disconnect from the usual city rhythm for a few hours and get to know Emajõgi Ateen from a different angle.
We will travel as a unified group under the guidance of a experienced guide through the edge of the city, through the city center, and explore places that are often unknown to regular visitors of Tartu. Tartu city trips are also suitable for beginner canoeists, the river in the Tartu area is calm and no special preparation or physical fitness is required to participate in the trip.
Before getting on the water, the guide will provide a briefing based on the group's experiences. Wide-based canoes are stable and unlikely to tip over.
