Paddle Surfing or in English Stand up paddleboarding (SUP) is a combination of paddling and surfing. Most importantly, paddle surfing is very easy to learn and anyone can manage to ride!
Paddle surfing is one of the fastest growing and increasingly popular water sports in the world. Paddle surfing can be done on all bodies of water from oceans, lakes, rivers, and bays to swimming pools, as long as they are big enough. It is a great way to achieve a full-body workout while simultaneously enjoying water sports in a new way.
At the Pärnu surf center, you can rent the highest quality and legendary NAISH SUP equipment, which are the most stable and lightweight boards (6 kg lighter than regular boards).
Surf Center is the only surf center operating all year round in Pärnu since 2007, where you can also visit the only surf shop in Pärnu, rent the best surf equipment, take surfing lessons, and enjoy your time in the Surf Cafe. The Surf Center is located at the end of the Pärnu beach promenade in the surfing area right in the middle of surfing activities.
