MerMer – the restaurant at the home of Merrit, Jaani, and the assistant waiter Hummer (American bulldog). MerMer – a heartwarming restaurant, where the ears of the diligent owners have listened to all the life stories along with joys and sorrows. MerMer – a place where future marriages have been decided, a charming bride's hand has been asked, and later, right there on the 'little palm island', they have gotten married and celebrated a splendid wedding reception. MerMer – a restaurant that boasts all the gorgeous sunsets sinking into the sea. MerMer – a restaurant where all three owners love good food and its pure flavors, and therefore, the tables of those who come are served with morning-fresh sea fish, gifts from their forests, organic farm goat cheese and ice cream, bread baked by their bread lady, local rabbit, happy chicken eggs, and super salads of a best friend.
For the sake of good flavors, they also look beyond home: some meats and seafood come all the way from across the ocean, carefully selected wines from the old world, olive oil from Sicily.
MerMer – a restaurant where there is no fixed menu and drink menu, because each group is offered a menu based on what good arrives at the restaurant, and suitable wines are selected accordingly.
